Mohamed Asbah Ali Naseer, former Deputy Managing Director of Regional Airports Company Ltd (RDC), has been appointed as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
The appointment follows the resignation of the previous DMD, Fayaz Mansoor, who stepped down from the role on Thursday.
HDC announced Asbah’s appointment in a post on ‘X’ on Monday.
The change in the Deputy Managing Director position comes shortly after the resignation of HDC’s Managing Director Mauroof Jaleel, who resigned the day before Fayaz.
Fayaz had been appointed as DMD in January this year after Mauroof assumed the role of Managing Director in December.
Following Mauroof's resignation, Ali Zuhair, former Managing Director of RDC, was appointed as the new Managing Director of HDC.
