Blue Lagoon Luxury Residences has officially marked a major milestone with the successful Groundbreaking Event held on Monday, signalling the next phase of progress for one of Hulhumalé’s most anticipated mixed-use developments.

The event follows steady construction momentum, with excavation works having commenced in December and on-site activity now progressing rapidly across both residential and commercial components.
