The Ministry of Transport on Thursday opened applications for the third time for companies interested in providing helicopter services in Maldives.
The ministry is seeking a company to operate a nationwide helicopter service offering commercial passenger transport, emergency medical evacuation, and search and rescue operations across all towns in the country.
According to the announcement, the selected operator will be granted exclusive rights to provide helicopter services in Maldives for a period of 10 years.

The deadline for submissions is 25 March. Interested parties are required to submit a request for proposal via email to [email protected]
