Teenager hospitalised after fall from Hulhumalé flat

A 16-year-old boy is receiving treatment at Hulhumalé Hospital after falling from the second floor of a residential building in Hulhumalé Phase II.

Maldives Police Service said the incident occurred at Amaan Dhoadhi 5 and was reported at about 11.14 p.m. on Sunday.

The teenager was taken to Hulhumalé Hospital following the fall and remains under medical care.

Police have not disclosed details about his condition or the circumstances leading to the incident.

An investigation is underway.
