Former State Trading Organisation (STO) Managing Director Ahmed Shaheer has been appointed as the Chairman of the state-owned utility company Fenaka Corporation.
Shaheer was appointed to the post on Thursday.
Shaheer held various positions in STO from 1994 to 2018. Shaheer held senior positions at the company including Senior General Manager and Manager for Procurement and Foreign Trade.
Shaheer was most recently the Managing Director and CEO at STO. It was during the rule of former President Abdullah Yameen.
