President Dr Mohamed Muizzu late Sunday departed on an official visit to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attend the World Governments Summit.
The President is travelling to the UAE at the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister and Minister for Defence of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai.
This year, the World Governments Summit takes place under the theme 'Shaping Future Governments', where governments, international organisations, thought leaders, and private sector leaders will come together to discuss future challenges and empower the next generation of governments.
President Dr Muizzu is slated to make a main address at the Summit and hold meetings with dignitaries attending the Summit.
The President will also attend and deliver the keynote address at the Maldives Investment Forum held on February 13, in Dubai.
