Major project to develop luxury flats at Kandima island

Pulse Hotels and Resorts has started work on a residential project named 'The Coral Residence' in Dhaalu atoll Kandima.
Kandima is the largest island in the atoll. It is also home to the five-star Kandima Maldives Resort. The residential project is located in the northernmost undeveloped part of the island.
Pulse Hotels said in a statement that this is the first such project in Maldives.
According to the company, Coral Residences is a unique, five-star beachfront property.

There will be a total of 40 two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments

Premium facilities include a private beachfront pool, gourmet restaurant and bar, fitness and recreation facilities and 24-hour concierge service

Residents will have access to the restaurants, bars, spa recreation and other facilities of Kandima Maldives
Coral Residence apartments will be owned under the Strata Title ownership programme. The apartments will be part of a rental program managed by Pulse Hotels and Resorts.
Pulse Hotels and Resorts Managing Director Sanjay Manik said the Coral Residences apartments will be available to both locals and foreigners.
"We believe this is a project that will set new standards for luxury living in Maldives. It is a new way for families to spend their holidays in Maldives," he said.
Pulse Hotels and Resorts develops and operates Kandima Maldives, The Nautilus Maldives and Nova Maldives.
The Coral Residences project is already under construction and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
