Blue Lagoon project crosses most critical stage of construction phase

Construction at Blue Lagoon Luxury Residences has reached a significant milestone, as foundation and raft works have been completed in just 3 months, from the start of work on 26th January 2026. A clear demonstration of the developers’ advanced engineering capabilities and strong execution expertise includes one of the largest raft foundations constructed in the Maldives to date, which was completed on 28th April 2026.

With the critical foundation stage - one of the most technically challenging aspects of construction in the Maldives - successfully concluded, the project is now well-positioned for smooth progress in the structural phases ahead.
