Fenaka Corporation Deputy Managing Director Adam Thaufeeq has resigned from his position.
Thaufeeq confirmed his resignation to Dhauru news on Thursday, stating that he decided to step down to focus on personal matters.
His resignation follows the departure of former Deputy Managing Director Mohamed Arif, who resigned last month.
Arif resigned one day after the removal of former Managing Director Muahmed Najah from office.
Following Najah’s dismissal, Thaufeeq had temporarily carried out the responsibilities of Acting Managing Director.
The position of Managing Director is currently held by Muahmed Afif Hussain.
With Thaufeeq’s departure, the position of Deputy Managing Director at Fenaka is now vacant.
Before joining Fenaka, Thaufeeq served as a Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economic Development during the administration of former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
