BML expands network with seven new branches
With the addition of these branches, BML now operates 55 branches across 20 atolls in the Maldives.
The Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened seven new branches, increasing its network to 55 branches across the Maldives.
The branches were inaugurated at a ceremony held at Barcelo Nasandura hotel on Wednesday.
The new branches are located in:

LH. Hinnavaru

ADH. Maamigili

GA. Gemanafushi

L. Maavah
With the addition of these branches, BML now operates 55 branches across 20 atolls in the Maldives. The bank said 17 of these branches have been opened during the past two years.
Speaking at the ceremony, BML Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef said the bank continues to reinvest its growth in expanding services to communities across the country.
“The financial growth of the bank enables us to invest in our nationwide network and provide banking services closer to every Maldivian. This will enable individuals and businesses to access the financial services they need more easily and support their growth,” he said.
According to BML, the bank operates the largest banking network in the Maldives. Its network includes:
