BML links with INSCEIF University for staff training programmes

Bank of Maldives (BML) has entered into a partnership with INSCEIF University through BML Academy to provide internationally recognised technical training programmes for the bank's employees.

Under the agreement, employees will have access to international-standard programmes, executive education, professional certifications and specialised training in Islamic finance.

The partnership will also provide opportunities for knowledge sharing, leadership development and industry collaboration to support the development of the Maldives' financial sector.

BML Academy was established by the bank to develop banking professionals through internationally recognised education and training programmes.

The academy has previously signed partnership agreements with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and Singapore Management University to deliver targeted training programmes for employees.

BML said BML Academy is continuing to work with international institutions to expand learning opportunities and support the development of the Maldives' banking and financial services sector.
