FDC begins handing over keys for 4,000 Hulhumalé flats
The first flats to be handed over are located in the 14th tower of Aman Udhares.

The Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has begun handing over keys to recipients of the 4,000 flats developed in the second phase of Hulhumalé under the Gedhoruveriya housing scheme.
The process is being carried out through the FDC portal and SMS notifications. The first flats to be handed over are located in the 14th tower of Aman Udhares. In total, 32 towers are being constructed in Hulhumalé as part of the project.
According to FDC, when the flats are handed over, water and electricity connections will already be completed. Agreements have been signed with more than 3,000 recipients, and deposit payments have been arranged through the FDC portal.
The rent and deposit rates announced by FDC are:

Two-bedroom flats: MVR 7,000 per month, with MVR 1,000 for maintenance, and a MVR 15,000 down payment.

Three-bedroom flats: MVR 9,000 per month, with MVR 1,500 for maintenance, and a MVR 25,000 down payment.
