Footage shows the teacher attempting to take an item, believed to be a mobile phone, from the student. The student is seen seated on the ground and refusing to hand it over. The student then stands and places the phone in his pocket.
The video shows the student striking the teacher. The teacher then restrains the student. The student is also seen attempting to kick the teacher. Both are seen hitting each other multiple times.
The Ministry of Education stated that the teacher has been suspended while the matter is under investigation. The case has been forwarded to the police for further action.
