Applications for bachelor’s degree programmes in various fields are open until the 15th of this month. Applications must be submitted through the designated online portal. Undergraduate scholarships are available to students below the required age limit.
Under this scheme, selected students will study at central and state colleges and universities across cities in India.
The programme is available for the academic year 2025–2026. It provides full funding, including a monthly stipend and allowances for the duration of stay in India.
Fields of study under the programme include humanities and arts, business and management, economics, social science, education, and science and technology.
In addition to academic study, the ICCR scholarship allows students to engage with cultural and social aspects of India and with peers from other countries enrolled in the programme.
Each year, students from more than 100 countries in Asia, Africa, Oceania and other regions take part. The programme also provides an opportunity to learn about cultures and customs of different countries and to build connections.
Participants will develop awareness of international issues and improve communication and social interaction. The programme also supports independent living and personal development.
ICCR scholarships provide academic qualifications along with experience of living abroad and interaction with people from different cultures.
