A concert by Australian tribute band Björn Again, scheduled to take place at the Social Centre on Wednesday night, has been cancelled after the government informed organisers that the venue could no longer be used.

According to information obtained by the media, the Ministry of Youth Empowerment informed Uber Events on Tuesday that the concert could not be held at the Social Centre. The decision was reportedly communicated while preparations for the event were under way and the stage was being set up.
With less than a day remaining before the concert, organisers were unable to secure an alternative venue and cancelled the event.
The reason for the decision has not been disclosed. Uber Events had not issued an official statement on the cancellation at the time of publication.
Björn Again is an Australian tribute band performing the music of Swedish pop group ABBA. Since its formation, the group has staged more than 5,300 performances in 72 countries.
