Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has concluded that the disciplinary cases initiated in 2019 against High Court Judge Hussain Shaheed have not been proved.
The JSC began investigating two disciplinary cases related to Shahid in late 2019 following complaints received by the commission. The commission, however, did not disclose details of the cases.
In addition to the two disciplinary cases that were investigated in relation to Shaheed, the commission on Sunday concluded that the cases of two other judges were not proved, the JSC said in a statement on Tuesday.
Apart from the two disciplinary cases of Shaheed, the commission concluded:

Criminal Court Judge Saffat Habib's disciplinary case, which was initiated in November last year

Civil Court Judge Mariam Waheed's disciplinary case, which began in January 2021
