Police have launched an investigation into derogatory remarks made about Islam on social media.

In a message to the media, the police said that an X post insulting Islam has come to the attention of the service.

The post is being investigated, the message said.

The post, which follows the debate thread on social media related to Yoga Day, speaks about Muslims kissing the Black Stone (Hajarul Aswad) at the Hajj pilgrimage.
