HDC sets Nov 30 deadline for outstanding dues

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on Monday announced a deadline for businesses with outstanding payments to clear their dues by November 30.

The corporation stated that this move is part of its strategy to enhance operational efficiency and maintain sustainable services. 

HDC emphasised that the unpaid dues include fees for commercial services, allocated properties, and development properties.

Failure to meet the deadline will result in further action, including the public disclosure of defaulters.

“Those who refuse to pay within the said period will be given further notice, and their information along with the amount due will be published on the corporation's website,” the statement from HDC reads.
