The State Minister of Finance, Hussain Sham Adam, has been appointed as the Chairman of Fenaka Corporation.
This appointment follows the resignation of Shimad Ibrahim, who was serving as the Chairman of Fenaka. Shimad will continue in his role as the Managing Director of State Trading Organisation (STO).

The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) officially announced the appointment of Sham as both Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Fenaka.
