Bank of Maldives (BML) Chief Financial Officer Nandana Senevirathne has resigned from his position after completing his term with the bank.
Senevirathne joined BML in 2014 as Finance Director and stepped down as CFO on Thursday, concluding 11 years of service.
BML Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Shareef expressed appreciation for Senevirathne’s contribution to the bank, noting the developments achieved in the finance division under his leadership.
The bank stated that its finance division currently employs four Maldivian chartered accountants, while two Maldivian chartered accountants are serving in its audit department.
