HDC employees get bonuses of up to MVR 18,600

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has begun disbursing employee bonuses for the previous year.
According to information obtained, some employees have received bonuses of up to MVR 18,600, which represents the highest bonus amount paid by the corporation this year. The bonus amounts vary based on the length of service completed by each employee during the year.

In the previous year, HDC paid a flat bonus of MVR 10,000 to its employees.
Several other state-owned companies also issue annual bonuses. Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has paid a bonus of MVR 25,000 to its employees.
