Janah's daughter Noorain appointed as MMPRC chair

Aishath Noorain Janah, daughter of Principal Advisor to the President on Trade and Investment, Mohammed Ali Janah, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).
Noorain was appointed on Wednesday. MMPRC's official 'X' account has welcomed the company's new chairman.
Noorain, who lives mostly in New Zealand, also works in leadership coaching and consulting. She is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Hotels and Resorts Investment Maldives.
Noorain holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Auckland University of Technology. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Noorain holds a bachelor's degree in human geography and has served on various trustee boards in New Zealand.
