Teacher accused of grooming students released with conditions

A teacher accused of making age-inappropriate comments to students has been released under conditions, according to a statement issued by the police.
The incident, reported from the southern region of the country, was brought to the attention of the authorities on October 17. The teacher, a 29-year-old male, was arrested on October 27 under a court order.
Following his arrest, the teacher was remanded in custody for two consecutive periods of 20 days and 30 days.
The police said on Wednesday that the individual was released on conditional terms after being presented before the court for an extension of his remand.
