The property, located at MA. Janaan, consists of 1,066.56 hectares of land and buildings. Maleeh acquired it alongside three others:

The Civil Court has ruled that the property is jointly owned by the four individuals, confirming the payment of MVR 8 million for the land, buildings, and immovable assets. The court issued its ruling on Thursday, affirming their ownership.
