A total of 692 cases were reported to the Maldives Police during the first 10 days of Ramadan, with 148 individuals arrested in connection with various offences, according to statistics released Wednesday.
The most frequently reported cases included theft, drug-related offences, and traffic incidents. Police recorded 153 traffic-related cases, 147 theft cases, and 110 drug-related cases during this period.
