Heritage ministry seeks bids for 2-year PR and marketing contract
According to an announcement issued on Sunday, interested companies must submit their proposals by 11:30 a.m. on 14 July.

The Ministry of Heritage and Arts has invited proposals for a two-year contract to provide public relations and marketing services for the ministry and its affiliated institutions.
According to an announcement issued on Sunday, interested companies must submit their proposals by 11:30 a.m. on 14 July.
The successful bidder will be responsible for managing communications for the ministry, six institutions operating under its mandate and organisations implementing ministry projects and programmes.
The institutions covered under the contract are:

National Centre for the Arts (NCA)

National Centre for Cultural Heritage (NCCH)
-
Dhivehi Bahuge Academy
-
National Bureau of Classification (NBC)

National Archives

National Library
Under the terms of the contract, the selected firm will be required to raise public awareness of the ministry's work, policies and programmes, and develop a communications and marketing strategy to support the ministry and its affiliated institutions.
The scope of work also includes providing communications advice to the ministry's leadership, managing media relations, responding to media enquiries and organising press conferences and other public relations activities.
In addition, the contractor will be responsible for producing content for the ministry's website and social media platforms and implementing measures to increase public engagement with that content.
