Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on Wednesday invited expressions of interest in setting up a nursing home for senior citizens and a special centre for persons with disabilities.
HDC has announced that those interested in renting out land in Hulhumale Phase II and running a nursing home and a disability management centre can submit proposals.
HDC said that while land has been allotted on rent to run a nursing home for elderly persons and a special centre for persons with disabilities, proposals can also be made for additional models that are most beneficial to both sides.
If more than one proposal is received, priority will be given to proposals in line with the HDC masterplan, and as per the company's targets.
