Government on Thursday contracted SJ Construction to build 75 units in Addu Feydhoo for MVR 121.5 million.

An agreement was signed between SJ and the planning ministry Wednesday afternoon.

The design and build project has to be completed in a year.

Planning ministry opened bids for the project in April 2022.

Meanwhile, Addu city council had on Monday opened applications for 300 plots of 1,500sqft from Feydhoo.
