Speedboat capsizes; one person missing
Police said that one of the two people on board the speedboat was found off the coast of the island of Feridhoo.

A speedboat traveling from Male to the island of Ukulhas in Alif Alif Atoll has capsized and one person is missing.
Police said that the speedboat capsized with two men at 1.30pm Thursday. The incident was reported to the police on Friday.
Police said that the speedboat was found capsized Friday near AA. Maalhos. Police said that one of the two people on board the speedboat was found off the coast of the island of Feridhoo.
"He is being treated at the Feridhoo health centre," the police said in a tweet.
Police gave no further details about his condition.
Police said they did not find the second man.
Police asked the public to report any sightings of the missing person by calling 119 or 3322111.
MNDF said that a speedboat was found capsized off the southern coast of Maalhos at 2.40pm. MNDF requested to inform if there was any information about the missing person.
"There was no one on the speedboat when it was found," MNDF said in a message sent to media.
