2 men charged with murder over Klasa store stabbing
Faih surrendered himself to the police in March after five people were arrested for allegedly hiding him.

Two men have been charged with manslaughter using a sharp object in connection with the murder of Mohammed Ahmed Didi, who was stabbed to death inside the Klasa shop in Male, in February.
At around 9.30 pm on February 24, a group of people barged into the Klasa shop on Maafannu Muranga Road and attacked Mohammad Ahmed Didi, 30, who was inside the shop, with sharp weapons. He succumbed to his injuries at IGMH on February 27.
The Prosecutor General's Office (PG) said on Sunday that the two men arrested on charges of the case have been charged in the Criminal Court on 30th last month.
Charged with intentional homicide are:

Siruhan Ali, Guleynooranmaage/Th. Gaadhiffushi
The two men are currently in custody pending trial, the prosecutor's office said.
Ibrahim Faih Nizam was first announced as wanted on February 15 in connection with a series of gang-fights in Male. Faih surrendered himself to the police in March after five people were arrested for allegedly hiding him.
He was in custody until June 6 last month in connection with a fight inside a cafe. In April, he was charged with three counts in the case:

He was released on June 6 after being remanded in custody pending trial. He was arrested the following day for the murder of the man inside Klasa shop. He was produced before the court and remanded in custody for 45 days.
The prosecution appealed the case to the High Court, which on Tuesday ordered that he be remanded in custody pending trial. The Criminal Court on Thursday ordered Faih to remain in custody till the end of the trial.
