The Prosecutor General (PG)’s office has introduced a system to automatically send letters to the courts hearing domestic violence cases to expedite the verdicts in such cases.
The prosecutor's office issued a statement on Saturday:

In every case that is considered a domestic violence case, a letter will be composed and sent requesting the trial and settlement of domestic violence cases

These transactions will be visible even if a case is delayed for any reason
According to the office, the move was taken to encourage the courts to conduct uninterrupted trials and hear domestic violence cases expeditiously, as provided for in Article 142 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The victim will be able to check the proceedings, the hearing schedule and the details of the hearings on the prosecutor's office's website

According to the office, the point is to inform the victim about the processes in the criminal justice system and to make them aware of the state's efforts to ensure justice for them and increase their involvement in the matter
