Villa College introduces wide range of new programs
Villa said the courses are designed to meet the standards accepted by professional bodies and industries and ensure that students are best prepared for the work

Villa College has introduced new courses in various fields and levels.
The courses were introduced by Housing Minister Dr Ali Haider at a function held at Villa College.
Newly introduced courses by Villa College:

Certificate 3 Culinary Arts

The May 2024 intake of Villa College is open to those interested in participating in these courses. The deadline for applications is May 4.
Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Villa College's Master of Engineering courses, according to the college, are among the first engineering master-level courses to be introduced in the country.
Villa said the courses are designed to meet the standards accepted by professional bodies and industries and ensure that students are best prepared for the workplace.
Certificate Level 3 in Culinary Arts
Introducing the programme, Villa College's Center for Foundation Studies Deputy Dean Aiminath Suha said the course will teach students the importance of food safety and how to prepare food safely and freshly.
Master of Clinical Psychology
Introducing the course, School of Psychology Head Dr Aishath Nashida said that graduates from the course will become 'champions' of mental health and help bridge the gap in providing clinical psychological support.
The course will be taught by qualified persons with PhDs in the field of psychology, she said.
