Young man in Thursday accident dies
A 21-year-old man died Saturday evening while being treated for injuries sustained in an accident near Dharubaaruge on Thursday morning.
The accident occurred at 12:50 am when a car collided with a motorcycle at the junction of Boduthakurufanu Magu and Koimala Hingun.
A source close to the victim Mohamed Leevan confirmed that he died Saturday evening.
Leevan’s motorcycle was seriously damaged in the accident. The motorcycle hit the right front door of the car.
