Police are investigating a case of assassination threats made on social media against President Mohamed Muizzu.
Police spokesman, Assistant Commissioner Ahmed Shifan, said in a post on X on Wednesday that police are now investigating the serious threats made to President Muizzu.

The threat was made in a comment on the president's social media page. The page was broadcasting live his speech at the UN General Assembly.
It is unclear whether the underground operating under the name of Ablo Maid Yousuf is a real underground or an ID using someone else's name and photo.
