Fantasy Maldives is set to host its premier trade exhibition, "A Fantastique World of Food 2025," from the 6th to the 8th of September 2025 at Kurumba Maldives. The three-day event is anticipated to be a landmark gathering for culinary professionals from across the Maldivian hospitality industry.

Girard, who won the 15th Pastry World Cup in 2017, offers hands-on guidance perfect for aspiring chefs and enthusiasts.

With a career spanning 20 years in Michelin-starred restaurants across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, Alessandria is renowned for blending French tradition with modern, health-conscious cuisine rooted in technique and seasonality.
