State Trading Organisation (STO) group has collected MVR 1 million to Gaza Fund.
A telethon called 'We are with Palestine’ has been launched to help Palestinians suffering in Israel’s relentless attacks on Gaza.
The donation was handed over during the telethon.
STO said the donation was made on behalf of all its subsidiaries at a time when Israel is carrying out an inhuman aggression against the Palestinian people.

STO said Maldives has always advocated for the independence of Palestine and stood as one with the Palestinian people. As one of Maldives's largest companies, all businesses under its umbrella participate in the movement.
