Housing ministry has been fined MVR 350 for failing to attend a public hearing scheduled by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICOM) regarding a case under investigation.
The ICOM announced the fine through a social media statement on Thursday, explaining that the ministry did not provide prior notice for its absence, as required.
