A young man was stabbed and injured Monday afternoon during a violent altercation at a local café in Malé.
According to police, the incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. and involved a 22-year-old male, who sustained injuries from the stabbing. He is currently receiving treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH). Authorities have not yet disclosed the severity of his injuries.
