Two individuals arrested on Thursday night during a protest demanding justice for Hawwa Yumnu Rasheed have been released.
Aishath Shimon Ahmed and Abdulla Mahzoom Majid were detained during the protest, held in response to police actions related to the investigation into Yumnu Rasheed, who was found fallen on the roof of a residence in Malé. Both individuals were remanded in custody for a period of three days.
