Man arrested in Malé with over 4 kilograms of drugs
Muawiyatth Ahmed, 30, was arrested in connection with the case. The Criminal Court has remanded him in custody for 15 days.

A man has been arrested in Malé with more than four kilograms of suspected drugs, according to Maldives Police Service.
The arrest was made during an operation carried out under the police's ongoing anti-drug efforts on Wednesday. The operation was led by the Counter Narcotics Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Department.
Police reported that two residences in the Galolhu area were searched during the operation. Suspected narcotics were found in one of the houses.
Muawiyatth Ahmed, 30, was arrested in connection with the case. The Criminal Court has remanded him in custody for 15 days.
Police stated that the investigation is ongoing.
