Businessman and Jumhooree Party (JP) leader Gasim Ibrahim has been discharged from hospital after receiving treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
Gasim, 74, fell ill while at his private resort, Sun Island, on Tuesday. He was brought to Malé the same day for emergency treatment due to low oxygen levels.

A source close to him confirmed on Sunday that he has since been discharged. No further details regarding his health condition were provided.
