SJ Construction has been awarded a contract worth MVR 95.9 million to build 50 housing units in Kurendhoo island in Lhaviyani Atoll.
Housing ministry's Director General Vishan Naseem and SJ's Director Shihad Ibrahim signed the agreement at a ceremony held at the housing ministry Sunday morning.
The multi-storey building will consist of:
