Interest on Vinares long-term rentals slashed to 6%
Urbanco has signed agreements with 288 people who received flats under the project.

The interest rate on long-term payments for Vinares flats has been reduced from 9% to 6%.
Urbanco said in a statement on Sunday that with this change, long-term instalment payments for Vinares flats will be eased.
Urbanco has signed agreements with 288 people who received flats under the project. Some apartments have been occupied now.
China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) has completed the construction of the flats in the second phase of Uppsala during the government of former President Abdullah Yameen.

The Vinares flats include ten 13-storey towers

That’s 1,344 three-bedroom apartments

The apartments are priced between MVR 2.5 million and MVR 3.5 million

There will be six apartments on each floor; All apartments will be air-conditioned
