Zameer appointed finance minister, Khaleel as FM
Dr Mohamed Shafeeq who previously served as Minister of Finance resigned on Monday.
President Mohamed Muizzu on Monday reshuffled the cabinet.
The letters of appointment were presented to the cabinet ministers at a ceremony held at the President's Office on Monday afternoon.
During the ceremony, the president appointed Dr Abdulla Khaleel as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Moosa Zameer as the Minister of Finance, and Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim as the Minister of Health.
Prior to their re-appointments, Dr Abdulla Khaleel served as the Minister of Health, while Moosa Zameer served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim served as the Principal Secretary to the President on Public Policy at the President's Office.
Dr Mohamed Shafeeq who previously served as Minister of Finance resigned on Monday.
