The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has appointed new members to the boards of three state-owned enterprises.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the PCB announced appointments to the boards of Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO), Maldives Fund Management Corporation Limited (MFMC) and Business Center Corporation Limited (BCC).
Fathimath Aaziya Fathuhy of Aabaadhuge, S. Feydhoo, was appointed to the board of MIFCO.
Hussain Abdul Wahid of Rathvillaage, HA. Takandhoo, was appointed to the board of MFMC.
Eenas Naseer of Meenaaz, S. Hithadhoo, was appointed to the board of BCC.
According to the PCB, the appointments to the MIFCO and MFMC boards fill positions allocated to representatives from the accounting profession.
