Hawks marks Teachers’ Day with smart refuelling vouchers

The Hawks has marked Teachers’ Day 2026 by distributing Smart Refuelling Vouchers to schools across the Maldives, including institutions in the Greater Malé Area and communities throughout the atolls.

The initiative was organised as part of the company’s efforts to recognise teachers, educators and mentors for their contribution to students and communities across the country.

The Hawks said the programme was intended to acknowledge the role teachers play not only in delivering education, but also in guiding students, developing their potential and helping shape future generations.

According to the company, teachers’ influence extends beyond the classroom through the knowledge, encouragement and values they provide to students throughout their education.

As part of the Teachers’ Day initiative, Smart Refuelling Vouchers were delivered to schools in different parts of the country, enabling recipients to use The Hawks’ refuelling services.

The company also highlighted its HawksPlus app, an all-in-one refuelling platform designed to make fuel purchases more convenient. Through the app, users can register, recharge their accounts and make payments for fuel at Hawks Fuel Stations.

Users can also earn points through transactions on the app, which can later be redeemed towards future refuelling.

The Hawks said it remains committed to recognising the contribution of teachers and educators across the Maldives and thanked them for their work in supporting students and communities.
