Government on Sunday awarded two projects worth MVR 173 million to MTCC.

Planning ministry's Director General Fathimath Shana Farooq and Shahid Hussain, COO of MTCC, signed the project agreements at a ceremony held at the planning ministry.

Lh. Naifaru land reclamation:

Cost - MVR 141.3 million
Duration: to be completed within nine months

Coastal protection of R. Hulhudhuffaru:

Cost - MVR 32.3 million
Duration: to be completed within six months
