India's Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has arrested four individuals for attempting to smuggle 12 kilograms of hashish oil into the Maldives.
According to reports from Indian newspapers, DRI officials intercepted a yacht departing from the Tuticorin port, suspected of transporting the hashish oil to the Maldives.
The arrested individuals include:

A 30-year-old employee of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

Two individuals, aged 33 and 34, who transported the drugs via motocycle from Tuticorin.

A 56-year-old crew member of the yacht used for the planned smuggling operation.
