The incident took place when an off-duty police officer advised a group of children to lower their noise levels. One of the children refused to comply and declined to provide personal information when asked.
When the officer requested the child to appear at the police station, the situation escalated, and the child attacked the officer. The family of the child has alleged that the officer used force against him.
