Foreign Minister Dr Abdulla Khaleel met with India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on Tuesday in New Delhi, where the two discussed further strengthening cooperation in the field of development.
Khaleel is in India to attend the Raisina Dialogue, a leading global conference on geopolitics and international affairs, which has been held annually in New Delhi since 2016.
Following their meeting, Khaleel said on X that discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations between India and the Maldives, particularly in the area of development. Similarly, Jaishankar emphasised the steady progress in ties between the two neighbouring nations.
